No wonder no one wants to bank here. Can’t even help with quarters. The lady told me I don’t have a bank account there and pointed to the laundry mat to get quarters. You’re a bank and supposed to offer bank services. I go into Wells Fargo and Bank of America and get quarters anytime I need! Don’t bank here.

Excellent customer service. The tellers are very fast and efficient. Joanma in customer service is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. She is excellent in assisting our company with our accounts. They are always looking out for us in our best interest. We highly recommend this bank as a five star community bank. They treat the customers like family.

This is a branch from hell. I called three times to ask about a business loan to the Hialeah branch and could not get thorough. Finally called the main office and they are not organized at all never a called me back.

I am new to this bank, however my husband is not new, he's been with this bank more then 15 years, and believe me, i have to deal with different banks due to my job, and i wish this bank was out of Florida, we have different location in all United States and the services of this bank can't compare with the services at other banks, example Wells fargo or either Bank of America, big bank need to learn how small bank works and the relation ship they have with their clients, big bank only care about how much $$ is getting and they have they worse customer service.

I have had this bank for almost 10 years now, I will be changing due to the bad customer service that I experience with the Hialeah Branch staff very rude and un professional. Karen is the best employee they have at this branch and the only reason why I have not change is due her excellent service. But it is time to change, I arrived at the bank at 12:55pm it closes its doors at 1:00pm no one wanted to assist me and treated me very un professional, the doors were locked and it wasnt even 1pm yet, one of the staff came out and treated me very rude their were customers inside still but they didnt care that I was out side before closing time they refused to assist me. Customer service is very important in every industry specially in banking, Interamamerican Bank corporate offices should better train their staff in what customer service is "going that extra mile, always for its customers". It is very disapointing the treatment I received as been one of their loyal customers for many years.
