I had done my taxes here since I started being able to but I switched this year. They have gotten money hungry and won't help the customer out. I help my mom out by bringing her to do her taxes and they gave her a 50% off coupon this weekend. When we went to file they said it was expired 24 hours after it was sent out and they refused to honor the coupon even though it had no expiration date. After that the tax preparer said it is what it is and we both left without doing our taxes if you send out a coupon with no expiration date don't say it's expired. H&R block does $55 tax returns go there!

Me. Eva Díaz was great and was very welcoming. Saw and serviced me quickly at least 25 mins before my appointment time, and the entire process only took about 30-45 minutes to complete. Will definitely be returning back to file for hopefully many years to come.

I have been using this Jackson Hewitt for 9 years. When they changed locations, I followed. I cant Express enough how helpful and amazing they are. Today I was impressed with Eva. She had a bit of a complicated task dealing with me but she made me laugh, I made her laugh. And what I appreciate the most is that if she got stuck she didn't hesitate to call In for help,instead of making a mistake! She is an asset and a good person. Online 135 fee to then charge double that then to top it off say that’s it’s a 150 discount that the increase was because it’s the last day to file mind you nobody was there!
