They could have more cashiers. The 2nd floor needs a fitting room. It's there but since the pandemic it's been closed. It's time to reopen pls. I have difficulty walking sometimes and having to go downstairs to the fitting room is very inconvenient. I don't buy anything to wear on the 2nd floor because of that. I go to Macy's for panties,bras, sleep wear

On the second floor where ladies intimates are it is always so hot up there that it makes you want to leave and not shop. Also, the bathrooms are so dirty and the escalator going up was not working. And finally anytime you ask an employee for help they never know where anything is…managers please get it together, the store is still open.
