They changed my rotors and pads and left some of my wheels lugnuts loose. They did not even believe me the next day when I came back to shop even though they put me in a very dangerous situation.This is not a cheap place, and the service not good at all.

Me and my family have been taking our cars to this mechanic shop for almost 20 years. Then this business got a new owner Jose. This new owner doesn’t care about his costumers at all and just wants to get as much money as he can from you. I took my car to him because it was stalling out out and had engine issues. Jose claimed what was causing the engine issue was because of the air conditioner and some sensors so I had him fix that. The issue didn’t change at all except my air conditioner, which wasn’t something I didn’t care or want to fix at the time, was fixed! My car a few days after getting it back stalled at a gas station at dangerous area. I brought the car back to Jose and said the issue didn’t get fixed. And instead of fixing the issue be gave me a 700 dollar estimate to fix the engine issues. Wooow! I have never felt so scammed in my life. And when I was trying to explain how I want him to fix it because that’s why I gave him 380 to fix the important things to fix he said he can’t do anything without paying him more money, Because he already spent money on parts and labor fixing the ac which is what I didn’t want to get fix I just wanted to be able to use my car.Stay away from this mechanic go to someone else that isn’t a liar and a scammer.
