It's sad to have to give them a 0 star rating but my experience definitely deserves it. Four months after my husband gave me an engagement ring at this jewelry store, the solitaire stone fell out, we took it and they fixed it for me and everything was perfect. Over time the ring began to hurt my finger and for many months I even thought that it tightened when I was sleeping, maybe my finger was swollen or something like that. Time continues to pass and the moment finally arrived when it started to hurt me and in fact I started to bleed and today I have the mark on my finger for life. Trying to find a solution, my husband and I realized that the ring underneath in the part of the stones was irregular and that was what was hurting me. I TOOK IT TO THE JEWELRY STORE H THE LADY WHO SERVED ME TOLD ME VERY INSISTENTLY THAT I WAS TIGHT, SO I TOLD HER NOOOOOO THAT NL IT WAS TIGHT AND I WAS EVEN ANNOYING AND HER ATTITUDE.. Verbatim words she tells me (LEAVE THE RING TO POLISH IT BELOW AND REMOVE THE IRREGULARITY, BUT IF IT HAS TO BE ENLARGED, IF IT'S GOING TO COST YOU, I ask him, isn't it going to cost me?? and he tells me that what it costs is to enlarge it. 37 Dollars. I ask you why it costs me if you said it didn't cost? And also this is a defect of the ring?? AND WITH A LOT OF ATTITUDE AND ALMOST LAUGHING YOU TELL ME, BUT OF COURSE EVERYTHING COSTS HERE AND HOW EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE.. SORRY, SAY IT IS A SERVICE THAT COSTS NO COST AND THEY WILL CHARGE ME AFTER.. MISLEADING INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER? I paid almost 40 Dollars for a scratch on the ring, which also made me feel even more upset when I told him BUT THIS IS A DEFECT OF THE RING AND HE TELLS ME, WELL WE DON'T MANUFACTURE IT HERE, BUT HELLOOO YOU SELL IT. Can you imagine the bad time a client would have had if he didn't have the money??
BAD SERVICE AND MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT AND EXPENSIVE. I even had the money for a chain with an initial that I had seen the day I left the ring AND I DIDN'T DEATH LEAVE THEM 1 DOLLAR...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JEWELRY AT ALL
