TERRIBLE ATTENTION
It's horrible how they have people working in these places with such a lack of empathy, zero kindness, education and such a lack of professionalism!!!! My personal experience in this laboratory was terrible!!! I do not recommend it at all, apparently they do not take into account that the people who visit this center are for some health reason and not for a walk!!!
At my grandmother's first appointment (a lady over 72 years of age and also with medical conditions preventing her from fasting for so many hours) the reason for the appointment was to perform the H-pylori test, (which they advise you to do on an empty stomach and even without brushing your teeth), it was not possible to do it because according to them a document from her PCP (primary doctor) was missing. We had to schedule a new appointment to bring that required document on her part, at the second appointment (on the day of today) the lady at the front desk, with zero professionalism and very bad will, a person who does not even look you in the eye to speak, without observing the documents (whose documents the manager of her primary clinic sent directly to the laboratory so that there would be no problems again) told us very coldly that there was no guidance for that exam and that therefore the same could not be performed (after two hours waiting they called her)!!!
In short, for this laboratory on my part there are neither stars nor a good opinion, quite the opposite! This center is a total shame and lack of respect!

Very attentive, efficient, always willing to help the patient despite so many poorly educated people who have come from other countries and bring bad manners.

My wife, who was 35 weeks pregnant, was kept waiting for 2 and a half hours, the level of disrespect is enormous, the delay is incomprehensible, if it is due to a shortage of workers, find a way to solve such a delay...
6 months later I returned and it is the same problem, and they still tell you that it is a problem in the “system” (like in Cuba, some people have the same customs).

Careful attention from receptionists, the nurse who takes the exams when calling the patient with her loud voice, in my opinion, should moderate it

Here they don't help those who don't know computers for older people. It's horrible. I who defend myself have had to leave twice without being able to take the exam. I don't recommend it, even though they have many offices and they are famous laboratories. For me, their staff is of no use, but yes. You are the former mayor of Hialeah Carlos Hernandez, you come in with coffee and without asking!

The person at the front desk is really nice and friendly. Nevertheless some rules are not applied consistently. The woman who called for the patient name prohibited me to enter, when the patient in fact agreed, and all the persons that enter before where accompanied by a relative.
The parking spaces are not enough for the volume of patients they receive.

They have the information on Google that they open at 6:00am, and at the door of the labcorp which is at 7:00am, I think they should update the information so as not to waste the patients' time, I am here now, and I missed my trip
