I call, they pick UP, I pay, they deliver.
Door to door service at good price.
Note if it fits in box, they deliver, regardless of weight. I've sent 18×18×18 boxes weighing hundreds of pounds, and they transported and delivered on time. Never ant missing items. Good honest people.

The worst shipping company, it will take up to a month to deliver your box, it is difficult for you to communicate with them after having sent a product and it is always a story that it is Customs' fault and that it is under verification.

It deserves its 5 stars. I give them a 100 plus for quality, honesty and speed, true express, my box arrived super fast and everything was fine, my box arrived complete and in two weeks just as they told me, they have tremendous staff, very friendly and super excellent the quality of service

I contacted them because I was interested in sending a box to my relatives, the person who assisted me was not even able to explain anything to me, they gave me a WhatsApp number and after giving all the details they simply left me with terrible service, they are not even interested work because they don't serve you.

A star because there is no less, they took everything of value out of the boxes and they limited themselves to saying that customs checks the boxes......you buy food, vitamins, etc. and nothing arrives so you pay so that they keep what you send .......How awful

This is the worst shipping company we have ever used… they know they are at fault and they don't communicate with you… the people responsible for answering the phone talk to the customers (us) with a very bad attitude… if you don't like your job , do something else is not obligatory…. They tell you that the box will arrive one day and the driver tells you something else…. Inside the box we sent many things to use on our trip and we had to buy them here…. You can't trust these types of companies... I hope they improve but I don't even use their services again for free... good luck 😓

A month ago I sent a box with this company!!!! And then he went to the DR and I kept a list of everything we put in the box, they stole 5 pairs of Steve Madden tennis shoes, 2 pairs of Adidas and 2 Nikes, they took all our toothpastes, towels, and soaps. The box arrived as if they had taken everything out of the inside and then they put whatever they read. They wanted it!!! I sent that box with my family's clothes and things that we were going to use while in the country, they took everything that was better...

I finally found a company that can deliver to DR that is responsible, professional and respectful. "Responsible, Professional and Respectful" are three of the things that lack in services in DR. I started using LARIMAR (out of Hialeah Florida) in February 2022 to have a 25cuft frig delivered to DR. They picked up the Frig from my house, packed it, shipped and delivered to the front door FOR ONE PRICE and not the like other companies in DR that try to "milk you along the way". Not only did they call A DAY BEFORE delivery but they called THE DAY OF to let you know they are on their way (I challenge anyone to Find a Dominican company that can DO THAT on a consistent basis, or do it at all). When they frig arrived to the shipping address, they offered to remove the Frig doors to help move the frig in the apartment, but we said "no problem just leave it in the hallway while we get the old one out". They removed all shipping packaging and we inspected the frig and it was in great shape and the glass shelves were packaged to protect them from breaking during shipment. The other great thing about this company is that THEY ARE STATIONED IN DR AS WELL, in other words, they don't use a third party to deliver the item once it arrives in DR. So if there is a delay, they will tell you why and they contact you immediately (unlike DR companies that DON'T FOLLOW UP). Since February 2022 I have shipped 4 additional times especially, delicate equipment that arrived with care. All I have is great things to say about this company and the trust level is second to none. I did read the negative comments that happened last year and I was told that there were some bad apples in the company that they had to get rid of them. So far so good and I highly recommend, especially if you have Whatsapp, they can give you updates and give you quotes without having to call !! As far as the fees, the charge about 30% of the value of the item being shipped BUT ITS DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE AND NO RUNAROUND AND CHANGES IN PRICE. Those who have had nightmares with other DR companies can appreciate this !!!... GREAT JOB LARIMAR !!!
