I just want to disagree with the negative comments about the incident that “ supposedly happened on September 12th” both of the lady’s that works at the laundry are very sweet and patience. We shouldn’t been pointing or criticizing people, or assuming that they recently came to this country, when at the end , majority are emigrants. It get to a point that I have washing machines at home, and I go to the laundry just to see the lady and speaks with her, just because one day I went for emergency and ended up loving the energy and atmosphere. The lady is so sweet that even is she has a bad day , those words didn’t come out of her. Please don't play with people job ! Let’s support each other that we all have good and bad days!

I went just to dry because I had washed at my apt but the dryers were all full and they didn't let me dry because I had to wash first. They said that laundry places don't let you dry only which is a lie because I've been to many and they have no problem with that.

I really don't use dry cleaning services that often maybe I do it a couple times a month but this time I had an emergency because I totally forgot to wash a mattress cover that I needed for my visit and I had no time to stay and wash it myself so I explained the lady at the front desk that I had an emergency and I asked her how long it will take for that cover to be washed to my surprise she offered to wash it for me while I was going back to work and I took advantage of that offer and amazingly when I came back she did not want it to charge me for her time I had to pay ony the washer and dryer fee. We really need more people like her that's why I left her a tip, my blessings for her business and this review.
