My father passed away 48 hours ago and they still have me staring at the bed he died in. They keep promising a time and then a later time and thenanother time. They have no compassion.

Trying to get a hold of the owner of this so called small family business is like trying to reach the POTUS. I have a billing issue and called Customer Service who are simply reading from a script and used to taking orders but have no clue what to do with billing questions and woman kept placing me on 10-15 minute holds. I asked to speak to a Manager or the Owner after calling 3 different times waiting on call backs but no one ever called back. 3 days later and only after I sent an email to them threatening to go to the Department of Elderly Affairs, a person named Natalie called me back. She said she is not the owner but that all issues go through her. That would be great if she represented this DME company with a little more compassion and professionalism. I mean the entire reason I’m even speaking to her is because I have a loved one in Hospice that apparently contracted to “Rent” equipment with them. I explained to her that I don’t know the process and understood the Oxygen Tank had to be returned but not other items like a cot and commode. But they don’t care, shame on them. With my billing inquiry, I simply needed some guidance and had some questions but she automatically treated me as if I was trying to get out of paying a bill, she was very dismissive and even insinuated I was lying about not knowing some things were rented, how would I know that? I explained to her that the Hospice company ordered these things. Anyway, I did not appreciate her attitude and told her that. I was refused the name of the owner a few times until finally she gave me a name, never heard from him or her who knows. But either way, I am now trying to make payments on equipment we did not need. Hospice ordered them. But again, nobody cares as it’s all about the next order they can get. If the owner sees this, please know that your representation on the front line does not match the type of services that make up your business and you should pay closer attention. I told Natalie that there is a lot of competition out there for DME and that I would be posting something on social media. She could care less.

I used to work here like 5 yrs back and let me tell you, this place is horrible. First off, they only train you for like 3 days and expect you to know everything and be a pro at doing the orders with just 3 days of training, pathetic. The owners walk around and are arrogant and snotty. The work area is super small, youre all piled up in there with like 5 other people doing orders. Nobody really helps you when you do have an issue with a medical order. They hire and fire people like nothing, its like a revolving door. Do not work here its not worth it and also do not get their services either, they are always doing mistakes.

Because of a defective equipment provide by this company , the paramedics were unable to help my father ,passing away this morning !!!!!!

LIFE Healthcare Services recently started providing all the DME care to my father and during this time the service has been excellent. On one occasion, we needed a wheelchair with a more comfortable seat cushion and greater support for my dad's back. We called LIFE and within a very short period of time, a new wheelchair was delivered and the comfort was immediately displayed by my father. During the delivery, a LIFE technician noticed some other items that my dad had that could be upgraded, the LIFE customer service team notified the previous DME company and the new medical equipment and hospital bed items were delivered and installed within 48 hours. The complete experience has been a positive one. This is why I love LIFE.
