Terrible service, I treat customers worse, the employee treats you and talks to youWith vulnerability and despotism, the owner has gaming machines and does not want anyone new to sit down and play, it seems that he is doing something illegal. The booths of course don't work, and the recharges fail. Don't spend your time in this place, they think they are in Cuba or a third world country, the customer service is horrible. very disappointing

Bad service. They don't sell boxes, they told me they had taken them all to the other agency. A lady asked for refills, they told her that they had run out since Friday (today is Monday).After they had weighed the box, taken the data and was going to process the payment, they told me that they did not receive a card, only cash. So I asked for my box, when I was leaving I realized that they had an ATM at the entrance. The employee did not inform me that there was the option to withdraw the cash right there and make the shipment. At that point I just wanted to get out of the place. I went to another agency.
