Worse experience I've ever had with a dry cleaners, doors never open or close at the time they said they will. Takes almost a week to get my clothes back. Never coming here again. 4 days still haven't gotten my clothes back

Never again!!!
If you believe that this is the way to iron pants, with the crease on the side of the leg, you are in the wrong business!
On top of that, over 10 shirts with broken buttons. This isn’t the first or second time, ask your customer service ladies, they don’t know what to say or how to explain why all that is happening because it happened to more people.
I had to take my clothes because I’m traveling tomorrow, now I have to fix the shirts and iron the pants when I already paid for your horrible service.

Management at this place do not understand the meaning of customers service, because it does not exist. We have really tried to give this people several opportunities. Your clothes will NEVER be ready the day they promise. The front desk clerk makes no apologies for it and always blames the delivery at the main facility. If you have other options please try them. Instead of going to a place where their inconpetence is their excuse for poor service delivery.

Left a coat, 2 days later on pickup time coat was not ready. Had to take dirty coat while traveling. No time to leave it in another cleaner. Not happy at all!

My experience so far has been fair. Well ironed clothes and good prices. My suggestion is to let them know if you like the edge in pants or not.
