In my recent experience with Lowe's, I've found that they don't care about the customers when you are returning an item you purchase at their stores if you don't have a receipt having a receipt you need to make sure you keep your receipts if not they know the product belongs to then and they won't give you not even a store credit. I hate putting bad reviews but is sad they know this are there products and they don care.

I was trying to purchase a paint roller stick and 2 propane tanks This is the closest Home Improvement store to my house so I'm there often. I'm to the point that I Rather drive an xtra 1 mile to the Home Depot. 30 minutes standing around at the paint booth for help and no one around, I asked 3 employees and all 3 said that is not my department, so I gave up and just wanted to get 2 propane tanks and the lady told me to pay for the tanks and go to the other side of the building and try to find the manager so he/she can open the cage where the tanks are. I asked her can't you page he/she instead me looking for someone that I have no idea what he/she looks like? The reply was I don't do that. I said ok and I walked out.

Paid $13,500 for a Golfcart Oct 21,2023, they delivered Oct 26,2023 at 8:30pm, at 3:45am on 10/27 it was stolen from inside my fenced yard. After looking at the cameras they came directly were the Golfcart was parked and started with with just a key and left. I reached out to Lowe's to see if they can help assist and finding these thieves, since they were the only ones that knew where it was parked, but they just ignore my calls and are totally unresponsive. Be careful in buying a Golfcart from Lowe's they have some rotten apples working for them.

Misinformed at the store about a discount that was never applied. There were lies in the store about what type of discount I could get that was never applied. Don't go here or if you'd o make sure you have a very senior associate

The staff did not provide support when I kindly requested help because the seat was stolen from my bicycle. Their response was that they cannot even respond to the store's products if someone steals them, so I question the service they give to their customers who trust in the security enter the establishment, in the same way I know that it would not solve my problem, what bothers me is their poor response regarding my request.

I normally don't like to give bad reviews because only one or two employees are bad but in my case with this store at this location, this is the second time I come I received a poor service, maybe it was a bit busier. But today it was a very slow time and normally I try to help myself in this type of stores, but I needed help because unfortunately they did not have the item that I needed available off the shelf, so you will actually have to get a ticket and then ask for an associate to help you. I did approach an associate today but I don't believe he wanted to do it and after I asked the second question he practically was annoyed and he didn't seem eager to go not even the extra mile I'm not asking for extra effort I'm just asking for whatever you have to put in a job that you're getting paid for that's all! So after I ask if we could find another item similar, he actually told me that if I checked other places ???meaning other stores not even other locations from Lowe but "places" I even told this person are you trying to get rid of me?? because if you're busy I can help myself don't you worry!!! So politely I told him that I didn't need it more of his attention and I decided to figure it out by myself, . I tried to call the store three times not to complain but to give feedback but even though I recall to see few associates around the cashier area, after calls no one came on the phone. I hope next time when I come in I don't have to deal with people that seems tired of dealing with customers...

Parking is always easy here you always find available parking nearby especially the entrance and exit of the store. Went in to get two items within the store, unfortunately I was only able to get one out of the two. Seems like any hardware store they no longer carry small tankless water heater. To get one of these small tankless water heaters you'll have to order it on their website and have it delivered. Much of the items here are pretty pricey luckily I had a gift card and was able to purchase the other item that they did had. During the checkout it took me less than 5 minutes which I was very happy.
