In my recent experience with Lowe's, I've found that they don't care about the customers when you are returning an item you purchase at their stores if you don't have a receipt having a receipt you need to make sure you keep your receipts if not they know the product belongs to then and they won't give you not even a store credit. I hate putting bad reviews but is sad they know this are there products and they don care.

Stores stocked with varied offers but with poor customer service. Workers come and go and few have the intention of helping the customer or do not have information about the products they offer.

I’m really happy with the service this place provides, today 1/19 I went there to pick up my order and the experience was outstanding.The way they work , how team players they are and always with a smile. The lady in the front desk , the skinny guy in the pick up area and the guy with the forklift I don’t remember the names but Thank you!

The manager that was on duty tonight was a real piece of work I'm here to deliver trailers and all his vocabulary consist of is no one's in receiving and walks off. I mean really your a manager that's laughable. Still had an hour and a half on the clock and to damn lazy to unload 4 trailers. Lowe's you can do better and hire people with people skills and that actually want to work.

The literal worst lowes on the planet, I ordered a refrigerator from them in July of 2023, they never shipped the refrigerator. I’ve been contacting this store since November of 2023. I spoke to 4 different ppl , Adrianna / arianna, Rosie and Susie( Susie at least has tried to help) Rosie should not work in customer service ever! She hung up on me 3 different times. They all acknowledge that they never shipped the fridge, I asked for a refund in nov of 2023. I’ve heard so many stories, spent literally hours on the phone trying to get these ppl to refund me my money. I got a message stating the money was refund, no actually proof of refund and of course you guessed it no actually refund.Bro they have to stealing and this Lowe’s, do not shop here!

Location sold a damage microwaveHad to return it the next day.I want to get a replacement but they wouldn't honor the price online even though the broken one was purchased online for $99.Had to pay an extra $20 for the item and no support from management or staff.All they said is prices change daily and I showed them that I just returned one and that online it says $99.They said there's nothing that I could doHorrible service and attention to customer

We have spent the entire day attempting to get someone to assist us with an order that has not been delivered. This is after the initial order delivered last week included the wrong materials. On hold for upwards of an hour on multiple occasions and on other calls, staff just hung up the call. Now waiting for a call back from the regional office. All I want is the order I paid for.
