Very bad treatment, I bought something and when I got home it was used, when I return to return it they tell me that it was used, I call the number they gave me and it is closed today, Sunday, so they can give me a Ra number for the return because of the poor work of the Lowes workers, unprofessional people.

There is nobody to help you. I waited 30 min for blinds and the lady finally comes and she’s high as a kite and has no idea. Then went to plumbing, nobody was there walked around still nobody. Whoever I did speak to had no clue.

Lowe's is Lowe's cleaner than Home Depot and normally not as crowded Home Depot my only problem electrical wall plates. When people pick them up they put them in the wrong box. So you're searching through lots of boxes. Looking for the right one. I probably did the same thing at one time

I WENT TO THIS PLACE ABOUT A FEW DAYS AGO TO LOOK FOR 2 SMALL BLOCKS FOR A PROJECT I WAS DOING IN MY HOUSE 🏡
AND IT HAPPENED THAT WHEN I ARRIVED IT WAS ABOUT 7:PM AND THERE WAS A FORKLIFT OPERATOR AND A PERSON IN CHARGE IN THE PLACE TO WATCH THAT NO ONE ENTERED THE SONA. THAT SEEMS PERFECT TO ME, BECAUSE I AM ALSO A FORKLIFT OPERATOR, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE AND I'M THE FAST FOR HIM WORK, I'M NOT USED TO BE TALKING TO MY CO-WORKERS, I FOCUSED ON WHAT I SHOULD DO SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN ACCESS THE AREA, I WENT TO WALK THROUGH LOWES AND I GAVE THEM 1:30
WHEN YOU RETURN TO THE SITE TO PICK UP THE 2 BLOCKS
BOTH THE SLOW FORLICERO AND HIS SURVEILLANCE COMPANION BOTH TALKING AND CONVERSING
THEY HAD NOT FINISHED YET IN THE COURAGE AREA, I LEFT THE CART IN THE AREA AND
I WENT TO HOME DEPOT
BETWEEN I PICKED UP MY 2 BLOCKS
AND TOTOP 4 EMPLOYEES
HELPING ME OR RATHER ASSISTING ME IN MY PURCHASE

You never find anyone to attend to you or help you find an item. And you go to Costumer Services and they tell you that they are already going to send someone. And easily you stay an hour waiting and they don't show ame. Apparently they hide when they see people looking for them. Or they don't have enough staff. In short, it's easier to solve at The Home Depot.

Several times I have come to buy paint and there is no staff to attend to. In the end, a Mr. Joel, very poorly educated, did not die from working. It seems that people like this should not provide service to the public. He does not have any type of education to work with clients. It is a shame. That they have staff working in this way, the client pays for a service, a service that comes out of their salary. I also hope that they take action with this person and respect the client a little more, thank you

Terrible place, the manager the least competent, people with a bad desire to work, I went to return an apartment I had bought and they told me that it had to be in the store where I had bought it, in short, terrible place due to total incompetence, I never buy in that place.

Spent 45 minutes ordering a Vanity, paid, scheduled delivery. Received a call after arriving at home to let me know they were issuing a refund and for me to go to another store because they did not have it. Product said "special order 7 days" Totally unacceptable. It was showing 126 in the network.Lowe's has lost integrety and customer service. Go elsewhere.

In this store there are more employees than people buying and you can't ask for help because you end up disgusted by the way they treat customers. I will never buy anything here again and the customer service on the phone is a joke. Day Nov 1 2024 time 12.00pm and it won't let you publish photos
