Vanessa, the cashier working the night shift tonight (10/13/24) is the RUDEST cashier I have ever come across in my entire life. I went to this Marathon location to simply put some air in my tires. I went inside to ask for quarters. I was not greeted, met with a smile, or much less even warned as to why I was asking for these quarters (this comment will make sense in just a second). I went outside and placed my quarters into the machine only to find out it was not working. I went inside and made her aware of the situation, and was dealt with so poorly and rudely. I genuinely had to explain to her that the sign she kept claiming was posted was no where to be seen at a reasonable level, as it should be placed directly on the machine to deter these dilemmas (as you can see by the pictures). She refused to give me my ONE dollar back claiming I was the one “stressing a dollar” when I was not disrespecting her, simply explaining how ridiculous this entire ordeal was. She was basically trying to make me feel less than for wanting my money back from a service I did not receive. I then waited over five minutes for her to get her manager on the phone, and finally given my money back with the worst display of attitude ever. She had thrown the dollar down on the window and didn’t bother to make me aware of the refund moving on to attend the next customer who was not even inside the store. I will NEVER return here, I don’t care if I am on my last drop of gasoline, or badly need to fix my tire pressure. I’d rather go off road than ever give my business to such a lousy gasoline station with the worst excuse for customer service cashiers. I wish this woman MANY blessings, and I hope she can afford some classes on customer service on her hourly salary. Maybe the business can apply that dollar she tried refusing me towards her tuition. Ridiculous.

5 ⭐ just because the restroom in the gas station on front was closed to public in the night and this one not, also cashier was kind 👍🏻 (I really needed to use the restroom guys)

A very bad and unpleasant experience with the saleswoman Luz, a lady who is too rude to work with customers, I went to change exactly 1:25 to use the vacuum and she told me very despotically “ma'am, don't get used to it, I'll have a lot of trouble later”, very calmly I responded, "Have you ever seen me here because it's the first time I've come, it's not for you to respond like that," and he told me, "A man came once with 10 dollars so I could change it, I think it's not my problem." I came to a service that you have with my exact money, then the machine didn't work and I couldn't do my service because he swallowed the money and didn't want to give it back to me, I told him to look for the cameras so he can see that I didn't have the service and he told me I'm going to give you 1 dollar, I told him, he didn't eat 1:25 and he didn't give me the money, then he gave it back to me by throwing it on the counter, I think you should talk to the lady and ask her, if she's having a bad day, then no. go to work and stay meditating at home because clients do not deserve mistreatment when I arrive very attentive to my service
