I went to buy a king size mattress from this store because they work with you the best. Luis was my floor salesmen and he was great. Tried to help with our budget. He did great. Now what really makes this a Five star review was that the king came and I made a mistake. It didn’t fit up my stairs. Needed to downsize to a queen. I spoke with Jorge the manager. Really awesome person and he just helped with everything. No cost to me and even help with getting me a little money back because I made another mistake with the boxspring. The team is fantastic. Only place to get a mattress in Hialeah area.

Eddie was fabulous! In and out quick with delivery set up for the next day. Super impressed with customer service, quality of products and low prices! We visited Mattress Firm before stopping here, and prices aren’t even comparable! 100% recommend!

Totally unreliable and unethical this people should be making pay for messing with ones health. They sent 3 mattresses that weren’t even closed to what I tried on the floor samplesThey sale fake mattresses and I want to know everyone aware of the scam they doingThey charged three delivery fees for exchanging and every single time made me wait 30 days for exchanging them even thought they said the mattresses were defective.I can’t believe they’re still in businessPeople need to be aware they don’t answer the phones and half of the listed numbers that come on google search are not workingTheir customer service is nowhere to be found and never pick up a call

We went into the store looking for an adjustable base and a comfortable mattress.Efrain Gonzalez was very helpful and knowledgeable.My husband sleeps on his back and I’m a side sleeper and I also suffer from reflux so we went with the individual beds that have separate adjustments .I’m very happy with the purchase and I can’t wait to finally sleep through the night with out tossing and turning .Thank you Efrain ??We will send you any one that’s interested in a comfy bed .
