Great laundry Matt ! Super clean and kept up well ! The staff is sweet ! Price point is decent . They have a ATM for convenience . They have a coin slot as well . They also provide drop off and pick up services . They have two working vending machines. A free water fountain . And a small nutrition bar to purchase a drink while doing laundry ! It always smell good in here and is always well maintained! Parking is definitely first come first serve . But that’s not even an issue once you realize how nice it is to be inside the laundry Matt !

It is clean and for me I have had a good experience with the staff but at the moment the prices of the washing machines are through the sky for a washing machine 7 dollars I see it as very exaggerated I am a customer of the laundry and the prices have changed a lot

I saw this laundry since it is close to my son's daycare but I went in to ask and the person in customer service who was not at all empathetic left uninformed. The place looks very nice, it's a shame that there is a lack of more attention.

Everything is very clean, but the great detail of my disagreement is that even when I put my wash in hot water, it came out with cold water, for me it was the main thing in the wash, it's a shame that no one gave me an answer on the site

On my recent visit to this laundry, I encountered a bittersweet experience that is worth commenting on. On the one hand, the establishment itself is impressive. Spacious and perfectly equipped, every detail of the design is designed for comfort and efficiency. From modern machines to comfortable waiting areas with free WiFi, it really feels like a premium service.
However, the experience was overshadowed by the customer service I received, which was disappointing. The staff present during my visit were rude and unwilling to help, showing a lack of professionalism that does not align with the high standard of the place. This stark contrast between the quality of the facilities and the attitude of the staff was unfortunate.
Despite the exceptional facilities, it is difficult to recommend this laundry due to the poor experience with customer service. For future clients, I suggest coming prepared for a possible negative interaction or considering other options if courteous treatment is as important as quality of cleaning.

i noticed my clothes were still wet after drying them for the 6th time. i brought up my concern in a nice manner to the staff and she immediately responded with attitude and told me it wasn't the fault of the dryer and that it's my fault for not putting it on the high heat setting. I'm sorry but after drying on medium temperature 6 times my clothes should not be wet. i took my clothes to another dryer, a bigger capacity, and put it on high heat, to once again receive wet clothes. this was my first time here and will be my last as the staff will immediately blame you and not their scamming business. on top of that walk away mid conversation to talk crap with her coworker loudly about the situation. i came here with $30 cash and left with nothing. i think that's a scam for one basket of clothes and 4 towels. I'll never recommend this place to anyone i know. such a disappointment.

Excellent place, very good service, impeccable clothes with a reasonable price, I am already their customer and I stay with them. The pick-up time does not exceed 24 hours and the parking is excellent with enough spaces on the busiest days. I recommend this place for its customer service and the quality of its work.
