I am a social worker and I tried assisting an 80 year old client who suffered a fall and is bed bound unable to walk pay his cell phone. I was denied. I was told the client needs to be present. I explained to them how he is a weak older person who received a fall and is unable to move. I was denied. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he is not here and when asked when he will be a “I dont know” was the answer. How ridiculous that a store refuses payment from someone attempting to give you money. The disregard for human decency is unmatched. I should of brought the client in the store for them to see the conditions he was in. Your store is an embarrassment and all metro PCS are an embarrassment. T mobile is an embarrassment.

Am already a customer of two phone my mother broker her the 69 dollar phone when to buy another one than mean is 69 +29 connection free tax and the women came with $190 call 611 talk to customer service the said the most I need to paid is around $125 . The costumer service is terrible, there are two people serving only 1 customer and they make you wait an hour and then leave without being able to pay a simple bill that was the reason for my visit

These guys have always helped me a lot. They are very knowledgeable, very polite, patient and provide the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Metro by t mobile store, super friendly and very helpful. Once I found them, I bought all my personal phones and business phones from them, and they never let me leave until everything was perfect when I bought a new phone. In fact, I no longer live in your area and will always travel there because of your excellent and friendly customer service. I recommend them to everyone!!!
