He refinanced my phone when I got it, the monthly payments were 47 and in February he helped me set up the 30 plan with Auto Pay of 25 which was not the case, I left the store confident and it didn't work, when I got home they asked me my children, what I did when I told them was that those phones didn't have that cost, and she didn't explain it clearly. The next day I contacted her asking for help and she told me I couldn't because it was a final sale, call 611 for 4 days where they explained to me that my account was 51 dollars plus I had 11 dollars of added things, I didn't know about that, and they also didn't give me proof of payment, they told me on Monday that their printer was broken but on Saturday I had gone with a friend He also cheated on her and did not give proof on Thursday, yesterday I was able to communicate with the manager Anabel after having been trying to contact her and had not been able to which was very unpleasant because she is the most horrible person I have ever seen, she has no ethics professional I always support her saleswoman without knowing she yelled at me trying to give me explanations that Yaleidys didn't give me anything I didn't hear anything that is to say she even told me that 611 didn't know anything about how she uses the policy of her store and that they always had a different one and They didn't know anything and I couldn't solve the problem, that is to say, as a customer I have no right to my refund and when the iPhone was returned, I cannot pay for it and I am not satisfied that the phone was not financed on Monday night because the phone made it very clear to me. of 611 that is She sold me for selling and earning and she didn't report the phone as sold, that's why she didn't give me proof of payment, that nasty Anabel yelled at me that it wasn't mandatory to give proof that I could see on the page everything I wanted regarding my account and that Many customers did not ask for it, which is not true, no one leaves a store, much less one of these without a receipt. It is very embarrassing that a company as prestigious as Metro allows such mistreatment and scamming of customers, which is why I need them to come and resolve it. my situation before 14 days and these two people who are in conspiracy are analyzed once again I say that in this company I do not recommend anyone and because it was my first time it has been very, very unpleasant, they work very hard to be able to earn the money so that People like this come to rob you and mistreat you. I hope Metro solves everything as soon as possible.

Poor customer service the automated machine took my money and they acted like they didn't know what to do and wouldn't give me my money back no one spoke English in that store. So I ended up spending more money. Worse customer service ever

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Anabel is a HORRIBLE manager who snapped at my elderly parents when they had NOT said or done anything rude. On the other hand, PAUL is AMAZING!!!! My parents were there for HOURS and they did not want to help them at all. We called the MetroPCS customer service number and complained. But, Paul was AMAZING with my parents and helped them with their new phone set up.
