I am super pleased with the service received from this company. Ali, the girl in the office, was nice and patient with me when it came to explaining everything to me on the phone because I had some questions.
Once there one of the installers the name Kervyn came out and explained to me how everything was going to be installed.
Honestly customer service like this is hard to find these days!!

Allie in the office was super nice, my hitch was a challenge for me to put on as well as due to time restraint I needed it on soon. These folks helped me even put in the trailer electrical connect really nicely next to the hitch too. Thank you guys

The owner Kervyn was the one who greeted me and took care of me. He was polite and very professional from the the way he explained and handled the specific hitch and situation with my jeep. He went above and beyond to do a custom job making me feel comfortable with the process. I recommend them for any of you hitches or accessories for your vehicle!

One of the rare places I have given 5 star to.
Service was prompt, great communication, Prices were reasonable and everything was explained in a concise and understandable way.
I ordered a product. They contacted me when it came in. We've made an appointment I showed up and it was done and less time then they said. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
The showroom have plenty of options for bike racks, locks , towing accessories, etc.
You wait in a nice air conditioned room would plenty of settings as they do to work. I could not ask for anything more.
Highly recommended.

These people know what they are doing and the service is professional and excellent. Don't waste your time with other installers. This is the best.
Maria at the front desk is excellent. His smile and dedication makes one feel safe and happy. The guys at the workshop are super attentive to any questions and explanations.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Miami Hitches. It started with an inquiry by phone regarding replacing a rusty hitch where the team wanted to caution me about whether the old hitch could be removed. They were very willing to help evaluate my situation by exchanging photos, as well as having me stop by for an evaluation. All very positive experiences. They ordered my hitch, performed the removal of the old hitch, installed the new all well within the estimated time and cost.
I personally recommend Miami Hitches for all your trailer hitch needs!!!

Great experience, have anything needed for your trailer; but most important is the way they interact with customers. The owner and the ladies at the office will go out of their way to help you and and to resolve any issues that you may have.
