Miami Hitches has great reviews for good reason. This is a well run business. They know their business and provide expert service along with a professional and friendly interaction. Maria and Kervyn and other office personnel took care of all my needs and concerns. I drove over an hour for this service. It was worth it.

Called to have hitch installed. Staff was responsive, called back after checking on an expedited part when they said they would. Was able to get a next day appointment and service was exactly like one hour like they said. Love supporting independent and local. Highly recommend this small biz. THANKS!

Great people, they go out off their way to please the customer. Very friendly and honest.Got better price for installation of my car's hitch, than at UhaulSaved about $130They will price match any documented or do better of any hitch kit with installation.Highly recommend ? ?María even offered freshly made Cuban expresso coffee ☕️Thanks again for a great experience MH.

Did not keep their appointment. Tried to blame customer for their inactions. Definitely not dependable. Plus they've been paid for the work in advance and can't get it done.First excuse was lack of technicians then shift the blame to the customer. They have a lot of excuses but no reliability.If they can't keep appointments how dependable are they for their work or warranties, apparently zero work ethics...Try U-Haul or someplace that actually shows up and completes the job they have been paid for.
