I have an open case with my insurance carrier, drug and food administration and CVS because the pharmacy "misplaced" two pills that are worth over $200 each. The lab technician name Yarkenia told me that she put two bottles with 2 pills each, in the brown bag there was only one bottle with two pills. I have an open investigation so that the cameras can be looked at, and they can see what happened to the pills, Yarkenia said that I can just have my pcp re-issue the pills, is not the fact that I can get the pills prescribed again, is the fact that pills do not disappear, and the insurance company paid for them. If you order from this pharmacy, make sure that before you leave the pharmacy counter you open the stapled brown bag and make sure they are giving you the amount of pills prescribed. I never received the pills they say they gave me, so either, they got "misplaced" or someone took it to sell them outside of the pharmacy or gave it to a family member.

Absolutely Horrible. It is impossible to get a hold of ANYONE at the pharmacy. They never answer the phone. Very lazy. I highly recommend you find another location to pick up your medication.

Horrible service. Nasty store. Drive theu has 2 window always one is closed they dont want to work. Now more than 25 minute waiting and 6 car in front.

Bad customer service , waiting time more than 45 mint in line . When you ask for your medicine never is ready to pick up . Never ever answer the phone . .... Really bad experience each time people get sick :(

I have never seen such a lower,bad costumer devices in my live . I can't drive course I had covid2 so my husband after work went there to get me a transfer from my pharmacy to this one, after waiting 1/2hr for someone he told the associate what I needed she said"just write in here her info and it will be done in 3 days, today I call and 3 times they pick up and hang I was for an hour in the ph later during the day I call again and another 30min on the ph no answers . point is I understand they may be busy w all that is going on but come now picking up and hang up and then nobody did anything to help me up very disappointed

One of lowest pharmacy drive thru. I waited 45mins to just get to the window. Plus why is the sign in Spanish only.

The worst customer Service experience at the pharmacy area. I don't understand the way they treat clients, like if we wanted to be there anyway, we are there because we need to. What an uncomfortable situation with the lady on the window. I wish someone would see this reviews and take action about it. Worst pharmacy service in my entire life

The service in the pharmacy is horrible few personal attending the public. I am waiting por a prescription that I need for cataracts post surgery and two days and I am waiting for the call that is ready.

I'm not one to write reviews, especially not negative ones BUT it's been some time now that this pharmacy has been crossing the line of disrespect to its patients. Every time I go, I wait an hour to an hour & a half in line to pick up a medication. I continue to use this CVS because it's closest to my house but I could go to one 10 miles away & will still get home before I would receive my meds at this pharmacy. Besides that, there is absolutely NO empathy for the patients, whether it's in person or over the phone & for a pharmacy that has so many patients they never have any medication. I called today to find out some information on my prescription & I was on HOLD for 24 minutes before someone picked up the line. That's ridiculous. Definitely the last straw, will be filling my prescriptions at a different pharmacy from now on.

I give only the 2 stars cause the cashiers front desk are really nice, but when you go back to the pharmacy the service it's really slowly ( I mean you can stay in the line for at least 1 hour ) it doesn't matter if you are an old lady or pregnant women you have to wait there on your feet .

Horrible service, especially the pick up window!!!! Spent an hour to then be told that they did not have the medication, to then say they were sorry and received it by FaX. The lady then told me to come back "that it would be ready in an hour" and I told her I was already waiting in the line for an hour. She saw my frustration and told me she would prepare it for me.

This is the worst CVS in the area when it comes to assistance, customer service and readiness. They are way too slow at the pharmacy. Three registers and only one open with a line to almost half way down the aisle. It's ridiculous.

The worst pharmacy service both at the drive thru and the inside of the store I sat in the drive thru window for about 30 minutes and the lady kept looking at me and wouldn't even acknowledge me when she finally did she said I can't help u right now I have to take care of the people inside first, horrible!

This CVS has the worst pharmacy service. They are Very disorganized. I left my prescription at 11 in the morning I went back at 5:00pm to pick up the medicine and they didnt process my prescription. Other times they have input wrong information, and I have no choice to come to this one because it closest to my house. They are really bad.
