This service in this location has changed. This is the second time something like this has happened. Had a 330pm appointment, at 4pm I had to go search for the person who I was scheduled for. She said 5 more minutes. Half an hour later nothing. there were two other ladies doing nothing, no one offered to attend me for a simple manicure and pedicure. There was only the manicurist no management, no receptionist, no one there to help.

The best nail salon in miami! It’s the only place that hasn’t raised their prices since the pandemic. I love coming here, it’s very affordable, and the nail techs are very friendly and professional, especially Alejandra and Yuni. I highly recommend this place and would give it a 10/10

Came here years ago with the previous owner and nothing to compare now. They overbook the technicians and they’re stressed out , when you make an appt with someone they change it without asking first . What topped it off was me calling my tech on the day of my appt to make sure she was on time and she rushed me saying yes make sure you’re here at the time I gave you etc . So I drove like a maniac after work to get there on time and when I got there , she was doing someone else’s nails . I waited and waited 5, 10, 15 min then I asked the lady at the front to reschedule and I was told no she should be done just wait . It was now 30 min past my appt and I just got up and left . I did not get a call back from the tech who at the end turned out very ungrateful , but not even the salon gave me a call to find out what happened or to say anything . That shows they don’t value good faithful customers and all they care is about money . Good luck !

The owner makes a huge effort to keep this place running. I never had bad experience until today; when a new nail technician mistreated my wife when she rescheduled her appointment. Is so unacceptable, If you guys have a lack of internal communication, is unprofessional to filter that to your customers. I am very upset and I demand an apology from Ms. Pupo.Services: Pedicure

Sady and Yuni are wonderful. This salon always has a great selection of colors. Love the option to make appts online via the app.

I had been looking forward to doing my nails here for a longgggggggg time. Loyal Instagram follower of 3 years or more, but between the distance, Covid, pregnancy etc I had no been able to do my nails. For my birthday, my husband gifted me the time and pampering. I made my appointment and one day before noticed via text that my appointment time had been changed. Now I want to emphasize that I chose my appointment around my baby's naps so it was very important to me for the appointment to be punctual. Naturally after receiving that text I called and no one answered. I texted the number, contacted the Instagram account and left a voicemail. Nothing. I hoped it was an error. The day of my appointment came and once again I called. No a no answer. So I went at the time I had scheduled and my appointment had been changed to accommodate another customer so I was unable to do my nails. So unprofessional. What the staff did was offer me a an appointment with a different tech at a later time. This is why my review is 3 stars vs 1. The new tech was very sweet but it wasn't who I scheduled with nor the time o requested and I was there for two hours.

Love it, I've only gone twice but Jenny is amazing, she does my nails beautiful and I love, love Yodalys she is so funny and full of energy. The owner is a Sweetheart l, the decor is absolutely adorable. Love going there to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

So clean, so cute! I found this place after having a nail tech ruin my nails and then being cancelled on last minute by another nail tech (a different salon). I needed an appointment for that specific date and although they were fully booked, the receptionist did an amazing job at making sure we stayed in communication in order to put me in, in the event of a last minute cancellation. An opening eventually opened up that day and I ended up going with Stephanie. (1) She was so easy to talk to and super sweet! (2) she took her time and made sure I liked my nails at every step of the way. She did such a great job!! I loved and felt so confident in them!
