I had an excellent experience at this bank branch. Branch manager Ariana Reyes was incredibly professional and attentive. Marvis, the banker, provided expert assistance and addressed all my banking needs. Teller Paola was efficient and friendly as well. Overall, a great team that made my visit enjoyable.

Zully Izquierdo & Paola Suarez are always ready to help with a smile and a welcoming greeting. We have been doing business with Ocean Bank for over 40 years and this branch and all the employees are truly amazing. I always solve my banking needs and make my deposits without any trouble. This Bank should be closed they have the worst of the worst in customer service. There policy of changing checks is the worst and they even ask for personal information that Even the goverment states for you not to provide to anyone. Example social security number.. Do not recommend!!

Increíble la espera para depositar por fuera ,más de 35 minutos y solo tenia un carro delante ,al final tuve q entrar al banco ,deberían quitar el servicio de depositar por fuera si al final hay que entrar al banco
