Not there, the internet signal is super bad, few staff to help and to top it off, the only one does not have good treatment, it seems that he is angry, I have been a customer there for years and the same thing always happens to me when it is not today, she is a young girl who does not like helping customers either, although we live in a very developed country, not everyone is an expert, I went early to print some work from the School and I needed them to be larger and I had to take them in miniature because he couldn't help me, he stopped at the printer. He was by my side and did nothing to help me. I am very sorry to have to give a bad review to someone who needs your work.

It's not just that they take a long time to serve you, but it's that they do it while laughing at the customers, and yet a costumer complains to him and the girl who serves tells him "don't worry, it's not a problem." I see that in the previous comments it has been the same complaint for a long time and if even then nothing changes I wonder, could it be that those who deal with customer service at Office Depot also make fun of the customers? Or perhaps the answers respond to other interests? Or is this giving a good service in Hialeah not allowed? Or is it that the policy of some managers is to bankrupt certain American companies?
.....Please I don't want an answer like the previous costumers, I would prefer a satisfactory solution....
I will thank you when the changes are noticeable.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: my experience at Office Depot was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I was treated with a level of disdain and unprofessionalism that left me speechless.
I visited the store with a simple request: to print a document. Apparently, that was too much to ask from the Office Depot staff. They completely ignored me, without even bothering to ask if I needed help.
After waiting for several minutes, I approached the counter to ask if someone could assist me. The response was a simple "no" without even looking me in the eye.
I left the store feeling like I wasn't important. The lack of attention and poor treatment from all the staff was completely unacceptable.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND Office Depot to anyone. If you want to avoid a disastrous experience, look elsewhere for your printing and customer service needs.
UPDATE: I hope Office Depot takes steps to improve their customer service and train their staff to treat customers with respect. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Antonio the manager didn't let me pay with coras. It was not an amount greater than $55 dollars in 25-cent coins. He makes the comparison that it is not a bank and I also explained that a bank provides a different service than an office depot since I am making a purchase, not a deposit.
