The amount of health and support I received among the branch representatives, including the manager, and particularly Manny, was beyond refreshing. No one goes to one main financial because they need a quick fix. Usually something happens and within a short period of time,one will need help. In this instance, I needed assistance With refinancing my loan, which would help with other financial obligations. The process, Although urgent, was walk-through by Manny and his staff. The communication between the branch manager and the representative/agent was definitely above! Manny did everything he could to help assist, as well as the other representative. I have worked with them before in the past and had the same service of excellence. Thank you all very much!

DON'T USE THEM. THEY GIVE YOU ONE RATE AND THEN ONE YOU SHOW UP TO SIGN PAPERS THE RATE GOES UP. IT TAKES MORE THAN 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO PAY OFF YOUR CAR. SO KEEP MAKING PAYMENTS. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DON'T SAY IT TAKES CLOSE TO A MONTH FOR THE CAR TO GET PAID OFF. IF YOU NEED MONEY BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, THEY PREY ON PEOPLE LIKE US THAT NEED MONEY AND CAN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Had a great experience with One Main Hialeah and I highly recommend Manuel. He helped me through all the process and explained everything to me. The company service is awesome , I got my loan signed within an hour and the process was simple and easy, everything was online and through the phone Manuel guide me step by step. Manuel and Leyanis were efficient and very kind. Will definitely recommend them.
