I’ve been a loyal O’Reilly customer for a long time and have brought them a lot of business while building my Mustang and other cars. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple bad experiences that made me feel disrespected and dismissed.
The first issue was with an employee named Ines. I was looking for an oil sensor and instead of focusing on helping me (after I had already bought 4 sensors from that location), she asked if I was a mechanic and suggested I “go to a real mechanic man.” As a woman who is highly experienced in building cars, that comment was unnecessary and disrespectful.
The second issue was with another employee (badge name partially covered, first four letters “Bren”) who gave my boyfriend attitude when he asked about a product. When I came back to double-check, she deliberately covered her name tag and tried to sell me the wrong product. I specifically asked for R-134A with stop leak and red dye to find leaks. Instead of confirming, she told me “it’s the same thing,” even though the can she brought was missing the red dye (which the correct product clearly shows on O’Reilly’s own website).
I don’t come here to chat or waste money on the wrong products — I come here to get the right parts and fix cars. Experiences like these make me feel like some employees either don’t know their products or simply don’t care, and worse, that I’m being dismissed because I’m a woman.
O’Reilly needs to do better training and make sure all customers are treated with respect

One star, unfortunately, is not doing any worse taking care of the employees nor does he want to work. He asked for something and he told me line 5. In the end I couldn't buy anything. Owner, you're giving money away to people who don't work, leaning against the counter thinking about what time they're going to bathe.

Seriously, if you want to get any parts or pieces for your car, you have it there, don't waste your time going to the other stores, whatever you are looking for you will find it there.

If you don't speak Spanish, DO NOT bother calling this store. They hung up on me 4 times and refused to speak to me. Very Sad the world is going in this direction. : (
