Lorenzo and Marcus are the best jewelry advisors. I bought a unique rutilated quartz stone that needed a little pizzazz. Marcus suggested that I add lapis lazuli layer behind the stone to showcase the rutilations and Lorenzo suggested to extend existing prongs rather than completely reset pendant. Love the quality of customer care and satisfaction. Highly recommend Palm D’Oro

BEWARE!!!! I went here 6 years ago to fix a chain my grandmother gave me and I will never return. The man seemed very nice and said I will call you when it’s ready. When I went to pick it up it was the same man. Days after I noticed the lock he put was fake. It turned black. They replaced a fake lock instead of putting a 14K to match the chain. Very disappointed with this place. Now my chain has not been the same since :( and it is still broken because I do not trust anyone to fix it now.

If I could describe the store in one word, its QUALITY! I always come here for christmas and birthday presents and they never disappoint. However, where they really shined was I bought an engagement ring, let me tell you buying a ring is crazy complicated but with Palm D'oro in your corner, you'll be an expert. You won't find another jewelry store as knowledge as this.

I've frequented this place a few times in the last few years for watch battery replacement and honestly I couldn't be happier. The customer service from the pretty ladies up front is on point. The wait time for a battery replacement is less than 5 minutes on a weekday. They also have a very decent selection of Seiko and Bulova timepieces which impressed me and believe me that's hard to do with watches. They also do jewelry repair although I haven't to date needed that service.

Had a smooth and friendly experience at this store yesterday. I called prior to heading over and asked if they had the earrings I needed for my daughter. The gentleman who answered said he did. When I arrived, he recognized my call and immediately attended us. Friendly, clean and quick service with a nice inventory and some beautiful pieces. They also open up earlier than their competitors who never responded to my messages. If I needed them again, I'd definitely return.

A wonderful locally owned jeweler! I needed my engagement ring resized quickly, and they accommodated me by getting it done the same day at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, the quality was EXCELLENT. It’s hard to find this level of service nowadays (especially in Miami). I highly recommend Palm D’oro, and I’ll be taking all of my jewelry there from now on.
