I called for a quote on steel shelving. I was offered used shelving at a discount, which I was interested in. When I called first thing the next morning to confirm sizes and delivery options - no return calls or texts for 2 days. So I placed a $2400 order at a higher price with a competitor that actually picked up the phone and did what they said they were going to.

Worse company to purchase racks and it's parts. First delayed delays to deliver and for 3 times they brought damaged upright. Long story short. It took a month to complete the service which any competitor would take max 2-3 days.
