I've been a long time client of this dry cleaners and I must say that I am extremely disappointed in the degradation of the quality in service. On numerous occasions they have messed up my clothing. I have been patient and given them the benefit of the doubt... but this last order that I picked up was the final straw.
As I was putting the clothes away, I noticed that all three shirts had stains on the sleeve cuffs (these were never there previously). You can even see in one of the pictures, that the dry cleaning ticket is still attached to the shirt.
I brought the clothes back on Saturday, June 14th. I explained the issue to the employee. No apology was given. I kindly requested to have this ready for pick up on Monday, June 16th as I needed it for a work event that commenced on Tuesday. She told me she would speak to the owner to get it done. They failed to deliver on this promise, and the clothes was not ready until Tuesday. The clothes was redone at no charge, however the stains still remain. Suit Supply shirts that cost me $140+ each.
On a separate note, each time that I would pick up my clothes here... I was always told by the employee to check the clothes. It is not the client's responsibility to check your business' quality of work, that is your job.
This establishment no longer has my business.

First time using the service and they were fast, affordable and very kind. They treated my clothes like it was a million dollars and that speaks volumes about a business. Thank you to the ladies at the front for being always so welcoming. I will be coming back and bringing other pieces of clothing for service. Highly recommend this business.

This place is terrible, do not bring your clothes. My friend & I brought our bridesmaid dresses to get fixed (they had to adjust mine & make it tighter & hers was to just adjust the straps since they were loose). They un sowed my dress to do the alteration, never sowed it back together, and on top of that stained both our dresses & didn’t adjust my friend’s properly.When calling the place & speaking to the “owner” to place the complaint, she insisted it was our faults & not her staff’s.DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES!

I been bringing my clothes to Payless Cleaners for approximately six years and every time my clothes come perfect, the two young lady’s by the of Gisela and lissys are the most customer service oriented individuals and I for taking care of my clothes.

Very dissatisfied with the service. You can't tell a client your clothes will be ready one day and in the end they aren't, then you go look for them again the other day when they told you to look for them and they didn't make things complete for me.
