After reserving a box truck online and driving an hour to get there, they tell you the day of that it’s not available… why was it available online at this specific location then?

Very unreliable. Do not rent from here. Made a reservation which was confirmed and showed up for truck and said they didn’t have a vehicle for me. Only way I can get a vehicle was if someone cancelled. Don’t use this company. Atrocious service. I called customer service and there wasn’t a person to speak to just robots.

Truck not available after confirmation of reservation at this point we have spent over an hour to return the truck ....home depot and this penske company are incompetent ?
