Assistant manager Alberto, lied to me by promising the car will be done in a couple of hours, I asked him if the had the parts, and he replied, our storage is 5 minutes away. I waited since 10am till 5:20pm, to get my car back, and paid $680 for a Caliper replacement. Very disappointed.

Horrible place. The attention is terrible, they tend to the cars and smoke, taking all the time in the world, don't go if you don't want to waste your time, please guys avoid this place they don't have the minimum care for their customers, if you want to save time go to somewhere else thank me later

Very bad service, a man with bad form treated me, he told me to leave the tire, otherwise I couldn't get the punch, I had to wait 3 hours for a punch, and when they helped me, he wanted me to walk with the flat car, so I told him no, when they took out the tire, I They said that due to the punch bowl's policy they couldn't take the punch. In short, very bad service. In the end, what they wanted me to do was sell the new rubber. I don't recommend this punch bowl or this company.

Very bad service in this place, it is a place that seems like I went to get the punch from my car at a punch bowl in Cuba because on the contrary they had me like 3 hours to serve me when they managed to serve me they did not solve my problem because according to the person who served me Apparently they didn't really want to work, he told me the policies of the punch bowl, they couldn't get the punch in the place where the punch was located. For me, very bad service and very bad service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The worst service center there is, customer service as absolutely terrible. Went in to change my flat tire and come out with a dent under my car which now they claim it was not them. Picked up my car and it was very unprofessional just handed me my keys and sent me my way without offering me a receipt of what was done to my car. I do not and i repeat I do not go here for simple things to get done. On top of that they were very smart and parked my car next to a curb so I don’t see the damage when I take off since it was in the interior body of the car and they knew all I was going to check for was my tire since I had originally came in for a flat. It’s just incredible. The principles and the ethics of this company has spired down to the worst of the worst.

Came In for an alignment, they couldn’t figure out how to get the truck’s alignment to drive straight. They left one side negative and the other positive. My truck was pulling harder than a O-linemen. When I came back they said they didn’t have time to check it despite me setting an appointment. Their tech told me “maybe my new truck has rack and pin issues” I then Took it to 4WP in Doral and they were able to align my truck better than factory.

Horrible location, Edgar from the counter didn't want to read my check engine light for free, said it was $129. I pulled up the website where it says it was free, and he still denied it, saying he doesn't have the machine. Went in for a tire patch, wanted to overcharge me $35 when i came in a few weeks ago, and paid $26 for the same service. Was there almost 2 hours for a patch they couldn't even do because they said the nail is in a weird angle. The kid servicing my car by the name of Osvaldo was just on his phone the whole time, not paying attention to any of the work he was doing. This place is a joke with service. Edgar and Osvaldo should definitely be evaluated as under preforming at this location. no sense of service, and all they want to do is be on the cell phone and up charge customers for no reason.

I stopped at the shop to check humming noise and vibration around 55 to 65 mph.
So the shop told me that I need to replace two rotors and there was a two nails and the two tires that it’s not fixable so I need to get two new tires and I asked them it’s gonna resolve my humming noise that I’m hearing around 35 to 40 mph They said the Technician drove the car and then that says assessments I paid them And the noise or humming noise still there. So what the point that I paid for a service that not resolved my concern.

Beware! Horrible Experience!
I paid for services that were never completed, and to make matters worse, an employee tried to scam me by requesting additional money for unauthorized repairs. My car was returned in worse condition with a cracked windshield and the initial issue not fixed. Very unprofessional and unethical. Avoid this place at all costs!

They do more talking than work three hours just to do full tires and oil change. All they do is walking around and talking.
