The store itself is alright, pretty clean. The high rating is for the staff, who are very friendly and helpful in finding products for my puppy.

The staff is friendly. I was looking for aquarium fish and they had a very nice variety. It was hard to choose just a few. I will be checking in to see what they have new often.

New favorite pet supermarket! Everyone is kind and highly knowledgeable and all the animals are very happy. Jazz is super sweet and super smart and helped me get new friends for my aquarium. If it wasn’t for my landlord I would have left with some kitties today too :((( the cats were all very happy, healthy and playful

The cashier closing on may 17th had no customer service, was watching me like I was going to steal, kept rolling his eyes and I only asked him for the price of one item. If he doesn’t know how to at least treat people like they are paying customers and not just an inconvenience to him then honestly he shouldn’t be working in the front on a pet store.
