This was a great moving experience especially since it was 3 months. I enjoyed the flexibility and ease I had with staggering dates of my PODS especially while we had to pack in phases. The containers were clean. I am especially grateful every thing made it back in my home bug free. I hope we never move again but if we do I will use PODS

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from PODS. I trusted them to transport my furniture from California to Miami, but once the POD arrived in Miami, they refused to deliver it as agreed. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional $500 for delivery--after the scheduled delivery window had already passed, leaving me wondering where my POD was. As such I feel as though my personal items are basically being held for ransom, putting me in a very uncomfortable position.
The customer service was shockingly hostile. Instead of resolving the issue, they were rude and even threatened that I had no choice but to pay for their delivery service. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. DO NOT use their services!!!!!

El peor. The worst. If timing, follow through and condition of your belongings is important, choose another carrier. They REFUSED to deliver my belongings and waited until within 24 hours to inform me.

Great experience, great price. The pods are clean, and delivered wherever you want. The team is very professional and courteous. I used it during a home renovation and pod was large enough to store all my furniture. I was able to rent blankets from them and they provided a lock. Highly recommend for temporary storage.

Great experience. The driver that pick up my POD, found my most prized possession inside. A friend left it inside and closed it. Ill be forever grateful for his due diligence of returning my item. Thank you.n

Worst experience ever. I will write a review every single day until someone cares enough to fix the problem with PODS. PODS is not even functioning. You cannot reach anyone. You can never get into your POD. Every day you will receive a 1 star review. You can take that to the bank.

Great service and very convenient. The customer service team on the phone is the best I have encountered in a very long time. The online quote process was easy, scheduling the drop off to my old house then drop off at the new place were very easy and very convenient. All their staff are very professional and very friendly.

PODS office people are hard to speak to individually, except if you miss a payment. There was NOT a follow up OR resolution to when my container was damaged & returned & being returned & delivery driver damaged my fence & didn't file his own report with PODS.I did find the container VERY roomy. I just had too, too much stuff.

Excellent experience with PODS. Professionalism from start to end. Container was delivery on time and no personal item was damaged on the way. Additionally, overall communication was great - PODS kept me updated on delivery status and timelines. Highly recommend PODS for interstate moves.
