UPDATE: I am adjusting my review since the owner reached out and explained things from his side and was apologetic.
Disappointed. They quoted me a good price and I decided to move forward. Bad idea, they were quick to quote and I paid right away. I contacted them 11 days later and they had still not started. After multiple times of contacting them to speed up the process, it was over 20 days later that we finally got the order. Then after we received them we find out that the order is incorrect and they are the wrong size and a little longer than what we ordered and the insert does not fit into the product box without having to bend it. I emailed to give them a chance to explain what happened or how to remedy the situation and they never responded. Not very professional at all.

I recently used Printing R Us for a Mothers Day backdrop and was incredibly impressed. The quality of the print was excellent, with vibrant colors and sharp detail.
