Several delays for the installation, mistakes on the design and after a couple of months one of the signs is completely messed up and they said it is not covered under the warranty and there is nothing they can do.

I always read every reviews and is very uncommon that businesses can have a perfect review or a perfect score on the starts, it is impossible to have the complete satisfaction of a human been, I know this place for approximately 15 years and been working with them in most of my projects, I always get a great service with top quality materials, in my opinion they are the best printing in Miami with the best quality materials in car wraps, 12 vehicles wraps and the one I did 10 years ago stills look like new.

Not going to anyone else for our printing needs ever again. I was in a pickle with an event coming up only a week away and was in need of 150 shirts shipped to the location. These guys pulled it of and we couldn't be happier. We found the Print Shop our company will be using from now on.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, the owner is rude and does not know how to run a business, a rabble is what it is. Your employees do not do a very good job at all, let alone the wrap installers. I made a full wrap and it's a waste of my money because they didn't even know how to do the design and I had to do it with my designer so don't be surprised thinking it's theirs. The badly glued pieces do not know how to work the corners. In a few words, the TRASH of work they did does not even reach a year and, as I tell you, TREMENDOUS LACK OF RESPECT and professionalism. Additionally, they scratched my vehicle, they cut my tires because they don't know how to work. I NEVER step on that local garbage.

The customer service is the most horrible, it took me 3 weeks to get some business cards made. Apparently they don't read the specifications that customers ask for. They tell you that there are 1000 cards and I was short 150. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The manager only gives you justifications and does not solve your problems. I would never do anything with these people again. To make matters worse, they didn't do the design as I asked them to. I even sent them a photo of how I wanted it. I imagine the owner doesn't know anything about what happens in that business. I would never recommend it.

The quality of the work is very bad, some business cards that are not professional at all, some flyers that were delivered without folding according to them, the price did not include it, when they are folded they wrinkle, it took longer than normal, I do not recommend this site at all, they are irresponsible and unprofessional.

This is the best printing company in all of South Florida. I use them for all of my businesses. They have a top notch design team. A few years ago I got a music box for my niece after her Nana passed, with the thought of getting it personalized for her to have as a keepsake. I have been holding off on getting it done until I found someone I trusted enough to do the job right. When I came across Prints R Us and spoke with Raymond, I knew I found the right company ran by the right people. Raymond was diligent in getting it done in a timely manner and kept in contact with me from start to finish. I'm SO happy with how it turned out and even more so with the level of care.
