Your facility seems to have an issue with having your TWO carts available for tenants. Any time we come to any of our units to move items in & out your carts are not available. If we come after hours, they are locked.
As has been suggested to your property manager on numerous occasions, this is an easy solution:
1. Find the last Unit that signed the cart out
2. Contact said unit renter and have them return the cart immediately
3. Said unit renter doesn’t get utilization of cart again
4. Going forward change your rule, to keep a driver’s license or credit card when someone checks out a cart.

Limited carts, location closes early and you have to carry everything by hand. Lady at office with red hair is not friendly.
Location needs proper cleaning and smell better.
Difficulty with elevator and entering code as keypad is outside and many times elevators does not accept

CELIA ROCKS!! I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER…
I can’t express enough how happy I am to continue being a customer at the facility located at 7850 W 4th Ave. If I can give a higher rating to this review, I would.
Customer Service makes a big difference on the way a business runs daily and this place is so fortunate to have Celia as the face and engine of this facility.
The personable experience that she provides to me and even other customers in that I’ve had in front of me, is not only polite and professional, but exceptional.
She goes above and beyond, and cares about making sure all of your storage needs are addressed, all of your questions are answered and that you have the best storage size and rates that fit your needs.
The parking lot and unloading area is very comfortable, especially the large carport overhang and automatic doors (avoiding rain and sun). And the AC always works.
The building is also very well maintained, very clean, and has good prices.
I highly recommend this location.
