There’s no one to help out at the front lobby ever! Everything is online or over the phone. I couldn’t even purchase a roll of tape or boxes at the lobby since there wasn’t anyone working it. Apparently you have to make an appointment to purchase tape. Do not recommend this place.

THE RENTAL OFFICE IS JUST FOR LOOKS
THERE IS A MANAGER ON PREMISES IF YOU'RE LUCKY TO FIND HIM LEAVING VOICEMAIL IS USELESS YOUR CALL WILL NOT BE RETURNED AND YOU CANNOT LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU'RE LEAVING THE PREMISES THE UNIT WAS LEFT EMPTY ON THE 31ST EVEN THOUGH WE TRY REACHING OUT AND LETTING THEM KNOW WE WERE MOVING OUT I ALREADY HAD ANOTHER STORAGE SINCE THE 26TH OF DECEMBER OF 2024 THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TRYING TO CHARGE ME $138.00 FOR THE UNIT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS VACANT IF I WAS RUNNING THAT BUSINESS I WOULD ALSO NOT ANSWER ANY VOICEMAIL TRYING TO ATTEMPT TO COLLECT ON SOMETHING THAT'S VACANT NOT TO MENTION THEY RAISE YOU THE RENT EVERY 6 MONTHS $60.00
THE ELEVATORS MOSTLY ARE ALWAYS BROKEN OR YOU TAKE THE CHANCES OF GETTING STUCK ON THEM
