AWFULSERVICE WHEN YOU GO TO STORE YOUR THINGS, ONE TRUCK FOR THE WHOLEBUILDING, NOBODY CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM BECAUSE IT IS LOCKED AND WHEN YOU GO TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE NOBODY ANSWERS YOU IN THEOFFICE. I come several times and the same thing today, several people are having a lot of work because there are no forklifts and the elevator doesn't work, horrible. I hope they solve more forklifts and there is not so much bad customer service.

Positives: The place is clean once you get into the storage areas. Our unit was ready for us when we got there, although it had a gigantic water pipe that took up some space. (5x10 unit). This is the only reason they are getting 2 stars, because the customer service experience should get negative stars.Negatives: Everything else!! I was visiting my mom and helping her move from one storage unit to another, since she had moved to the opposite side of the city. Luckily, this facility was only 3 miles away and it was open on Sunday (supposedly). I went online to reserve the unit but was not able to reserve it for Sunday move-in. I contacted the location, which was supposed to be open until 5pm, but I had to leave a voicemail. After a few hours we went to the facility, in hopes of getting the entry code, but there was no one at the facility. We decided to move her belongings out and keep them overnight, so we could be at the facility when it opened at 930am. We actually arrived around 945am, and again there was no one at the office. My mom had not received a text or email with the code, as we were told. Upon calling a centralized location they told her it was in her account and then emailed it as well. Once we got through the gates we went to grab a cart/dolly to start moving, but there were none. Not because other people were using them, but because they do not leave them out. According to someone else, you have to present an ID and "check-out" the dolly. That would have been easy enough to do if someone was there. Thankfully, we had a hand-truck that we were able to use. Others there were not so lucky. We left around 1120 and there was still no one at the office. No one has ever returned my call, either.We chose this location because of the reviews and good service, but I can't speak about their service because I have never experienced it. Very disappointing!

Absolutely awful. My payment was $154 a month for the smallest unit . I did my contract over the phone with the 800 service and somewhere in the fine print it says “subject to increase based on market” but they don’t tell you this when you sign your contract . So ok, maybe 10-$20 a month increase at some point no problem. NOPEMy unit rate increased $60 A MONTH overnight after 4 months of the same payment . This place is a scam and if you don’t pay your bill they lock you out and threaten to keep and sell your belongings. The Hialeah location also never answers the phone , and try to overcharge your bill if you pay in person . Don’t rent from this place if you don’t want an unexpected 50% increase of your bill every couple months !
