The staff is great, but they need HELP!!! Every-time I go to the pharmacy you have to make the one line even if you have an appointment for vaccine, picking up or dropping off! The window for drop off is always closed! They do what they can but Publix pharmacy should consider their customers and employees and provide staffing.

I have been with this pharmacy for almost 5 yrs. I have seen employees come and go and unfortunately I have seeing the customer service from 100% to 30%. One employee in particular, she's been there for years and her customer service is so bad that she is the reason I am switching pharmacy. She is very unhappy with her job, she talks to people with an altitude. When you work with people, you need to control your emotions. Customer Service first!

Where shopping is a pleasure?! Unfortunately this does not apply to this Publix. This Publix is the one closest to me and it lets me down every time from employees attitudes, unwillingness to help and it seems the Deli is by far the worst department! Tonight was the last straw! Had to repeat my order to the sub lady 3x, then she got the wrong setup for the sub and got annoyed when asked for her to prepare the deli meats for my sandwich! I just left when she started giving me attitude. Never coming back! Management is not doing great here they need to really practice being more hospitable to there patrons. where's the DM? No other Publix is like this.

Great experience today, Saturday shopping at your store. An excellent attitude for the new cashier and mainly the way that Mr. Dariel handle the cafeteria and each one of the customers. Recommend

Beautiful Store. However, if you are getting a covid vaccine, make an appointment elsewhere. Had a 3:00 PM appointment and got vaccine shot at 5:00PM. There was no reason for this!

By far the worst service from employee Nora at the cafe. I come in every Sunday and every Sunday she gives the worst service. No good morning just "dime" attitude to give things, never wears gloves. I don't understand how they can have such an employee at Publix.
