Deli department
Yesterday, I wrote a bad review due to an incident in the Deli department. Today, I had another incident, which has happened before. On 7/1/24, I ordered three sandwiches online at 7:15 pm, with a pickup time of 8:00 pm. When I arrived at 8:05 pm, the order was not ready. The employees said the order had just come in.
I went to the manager to explain what had happened, and I spoke with Jose (his name tag said). I told him I was unhappy with the service and, knowing the customer service policy, I would take them without paying.
I said it in a conversational manner. His response was:
"No, you take them without paying if I authorize it."
I replied: "Okay, then, as the manager, do you think you have given me a proper response to poor service? How do you look now?"
He responded that he would go and see what to do.
When he returned (confirming the poor service), he said this:
"For today, you will take your order for free because they delayed making it."
I thanked him and wondered:
Do the customers make sure he has a job?
I think so.
If they do a bad job again, don't I have the right to complain and get my product for free?
Does my lost time not matter?

Jesus! The slowest pharmacy i ever seen, 30 minutes in drive thru with only one car in front of me! They need to work efficiently and fast cuz this city moves fast! People got places and jobs to get to! Insane!

I've been to many different Publix locations and this one the friendly treatment is outrageous. They are all very helpful. I must say the manager at this Publix is doing an excellent job. Recomm nd if you live on the west side to visit. Give it a 10 Plus

What good is it to keep everything clean at The Deli Department when you have flies all over. Seen flies on slicer blades,in hot foods, and inside a container if chicken wings I bought yesterday! Disgusting!!!! I will keep shopping at Publix but definitely not that one!!!!!

What a great shopping experience at this Publix tonight. Cashiers, Service Desk were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. First time ever I had a cashier apologize for keeping me waiting in line, while checking out the person in front of me. Before she could finish, the cashier in the next checkout line was available and motioned me to come over. Both anxious to help! Always a good shopping experience at this Publix but extremely so tonight!

This deserves 0 stars. I just got home from getting a wrap and sub from this Publix and the chicken tasted disgusting and was obviously old. The woman who made them for me stepped away and told me she was going to get fresh tenders and clearly that wasn't true. I noticed once I got home and it's just not right and very disgusting that they even serve this. I called the manager and she said to go back and show her so she can see if it's true. I can't go back because I have a newborn to care for but that's not a way to respond to a customer. Truly disappointed with the service and food over all.
