I placed a mobile order for 3 subs, a bag of chips, & a fountain drink for 1:30. The person making the subs kept putting people in store first to avoid saying no to them instead of following the time with mobile orders. An older Hispanic guy took over to help us out since we were waiting there for so long. He kept asking what we wanted when our tickets were right in front of him. He kept calling my friends & I “mamacita” every time he was giving us an issue to just follow the ticket that we placed. When they didn’t have the bread my friend ordered, he put the wrong bread beforehand, but then we clarified it & he got visibly annoyed & snatched the bread from the counter. He was very lost & didn’t even give us our chips and drink, we just wanted out of there at that point after being there for 30 mins after our pick up time. Please be more organized & people friendly.

Very bad service at the bakery. I asked a lady to guide me about a bread. Then I heard her complaining that she had had to apply and I bought a very expensive organic chicken and only the top part was good. The other part seemed in bad condition. I threw it in the trash, there are no eggs and in the butcher shop for organic meats I only found those pieces of chicken. For now I don't plan to return
