If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most unprofessional and frustrating salon experience I've ever had. I came in for a simple gel manicure and gel pedicure before a trip, expecting a relaxing hour or so. Instead, I spent 3.5 hours in absolute chaos.
The staff were shouting across the salon the entire time, making it impossible to relax. Even worse, one of the employees brought a toddler who was running wild—at one point crawling between my legs while I was in the pedicure chair. Instead of focusing on clients, the staff were too busy chasing and yelling at this child to do their jobs properly.
The quality of the service was just as bad. My toenails had to be redone because they were so distracted during the first application, and the gel on my fingernails started peeling the very next day. That is completely unacceptable for any salon.
This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly not focused on providing a quality customer experience. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away..

My favorite place to do my nails for more than 8 years… The ladies are great and they always do an excellent job… Yami has been my manicurist for two years already and i love her…I hate going to salons that are always gossiping and looking at you to see what is the tip you can give them.. This place feels like a family.. Amazing service and quality… Definitely recommend

The atmosphere here is amazing and the wall of nail polishes is amazing to where you have so much to choose from of colors and it’s all lined up. They are very clean and organized and make you feel comfortable by making sure you get treated and pampered just right..
