They are rude. Don’t have any currency. They don’t care. They know people will still be coming. Don’t care if people leave. Leaving you talking at the door when asking a question. They close at 3pm. Telling us they can’t see anyone else. NEED BETTER SERVICE. THE WORST PLACE. I will make sure my complain is heard.

The wait time, cleanliness and staff were good. Truly appreciate the pediatric experience of Ms. Maria. The way she approached my daughter and treated her, was truly amazing. Very thankful for her at this location and truly an asset to the company. Along with Rander and the other staff members.

I arrived over 45 min early and when I tried to check in the systen would tell me I was late. I adked for asdistance and wad told to check in 15in b4 my ti.e and I did but system wouls still tell me i wad late.

Everything started well but it turned into a disaster. My app was at 8:40 am and I came to check in at 9:50 am. Why do you schedule that many appointments at the same time? It doesn't make sense. I hope they improve. Thank you

Today I attended with my daughter who has diabetes to do her labs, I must clarify that this is the fourth time I have gone there and I was always able to go in with her even though she was of legal age to accompany her out of concern that since fasting could cause hypoglycemia, the lady who treated me with an expression visibly angry at my presence explained to me that due to her policy she could not be there and that a condition of diabetes was very normal and nothing would happen to her, some Minutes later, in a mocking manner, she told me that she had sent her to the bathroom. I asked her why they don't have the policy in the store so that I as a client can know my rights and she told me that she didn't have to put them in, but an adult man If you have access to enter and distribute coffee as a gift to the attendees, then how do we understand the policy? The attention of this lady who by mistake did not take her name was very unpleasant, she was attending today in room 1.

Very unpleasant attention from this lady whose name I mistakenly did not take, she attended today in room 1.
