The person who treated me at the Quest at Palmetto General Hospital (7150 W 20th Ave Ste 603, Hialeah, FL 33016) was too rude, he had no human qualities, not only was he rude to me but also to the other person who treated me before me, who by the way was an older person, I had an appointment at an hour, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and when he calls me to let me in he tells me he can't to do the test because I didn't have the doctor's order, she took out the doctor's order that I had in the mail, I show it to her and she tells me that it doesn't work that way, that I had to send it by email to her and she takes me out of the room, I send her the email and when I send it to her I inform her to let her know that the email had already been sent and she tells me, she has to keep waiting because that is delayed and she left me waiting 25 more minutes, when she started drawing my blood it made me super hard and left me hurting the arm and with a huge purple. The lady's attention is terrible.

Today I took my one-year-old daughter to have a blood test, since the laboratory technician called us it was in bad form, as soon as we entered she told us to hold on mom, my husband who was with us told her I'm going to put up with it, The woman in bad shape told her that she is pregnant because she doesn't do it. I explained to her that I was getting tired and that I couldn't, and yet everything was put in terms that are not at all from a health professional, I had to support the woman. girl and not It was enough for her that the vein did not work, she had to puncture her in both arms, until another laboratory worker came who felt the baby crying and that she could not bear the worst experience and treatment, people like her should not work in healthcare and even less Taking care of babies, I can't help but understand that it is difficult to draw blood from a baby, but you have to have patience and professionalism, especially with babies.

I've been here since 6, they gave me the appt at 7:10 it's 7:43 and they haven't called me and the lady at the door with a bad character, lousy treatment

The tech told another patient to close the door from the inside BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME, and that is extremely unprofessional! I came and checked in as a stand by, I waited several minutes until the tech came out and when she did at 2:05 she said she was not going to do my bloodwork. She said that it was after closing time, I explained that I was there before closing and was waiting for a long time. I also went ahead and explained my situation that I needed to get this bloodwork only one specific day a month and it’s according to my cycle that can start unexpectedly. She looked at my face and said NO. She said that the “system” would not let her take my blood which I know working myself in healthcare, that is not TRUE! What a terrible experience. Quest needs to hire people that like their job enough to care for their patients. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Make an appointment!!!!! I arrived at 7:31 am and finished at 11:01 am. I was second on the waiting list. This is the second location I have attempted to do labs at. I gave 3 stars because the phlebotomist was kind and quick. This location is at palmetto hospital and my parking was $7. No they don’t validate parking

Too many people, they don't attend without an appointment, terrible attention and guidance, lackadaisical. Serious appointment process.

At the Palmetto Hospital location, process at the clinic was efficient, expedient and what I would call customer service oriented. It could not have gone any better. It was the best Quest experience in all my visits to other Quest locations. It was perfect. Phlebotomist was excellent.
