Staff is not very professional. Went for an annual checkup after years of not getting checked and the doctor didn’t order the necessary tests for me. Had to go twice to get labs done since I had to request for the missing labs to be taken. The doctor threatened me on the phone that I would have to assume the bill for the second labs when it should have been included in the bill for the annual checkup. The first doctor who saw me didn’t know about some medications I take and even had to Google info about it. The second doctor I spoke to backed him up saying they don’t have to know about all medications. Overall this place and staff didn’t inspire trust and I will be changing my PCP after this.
