The customer service is poor. The older gentleman "manager" at the register is rude and very accusatory. The line to pay can be disorganized at times. Keep your cart visible in the front of the register, and if you need to remove an item, do not leave the line. The "manager" will accuse you of stealing if he does not see the cart. The items are not scanned. An employee in the line will handle the items in your cart and show each individual item to the "manager" at the register. Be prepared to feel hot and sweaty since there is no central air. There are a few big fans in certain isles towards the back. Most of the products are fairly priced, and items are very affordable. The biggest downfall is customer service.
