The workers there are very friendly and responsible. My complaint is about the new manager who doesn't allow the cashiers to accept tips. Something that is prohibited by the US Department of Agriculture. The tip is part of our customers' gratitude for the service received and is voluntary. Therefore what this guy does is unacceptable and therefore they must take action with him. Thank you

Hello, I have a complaint about this store. I would like to know WHY THE CASHIER CANNOT ACCEPT TIPS. As far as I know, by law the United States Department of Agriculture is allowed to receive tips. I don't understand how that could affect the customers. owners of the place

Prices are insane! I can't believe people shop there. And the line to pay today was at minimum one hour long.

I don't like this store because I am very scrupulous, there are many people at the same time and a lot of dust and dirty things, old and used clothes are for 10 and 12 dollars, shoes are the same, things for the bed, bathroom, kitchen are very expensive.I saw medium dining tables for 15 dollars but without chairs, which are sold one by one for 35 or 40 dollars, it is better to buy it new on Amazon or Rooms to go, watch your money,The glass and metal things are very expensive, I saw pots with burnt black bottoms for 20 dollars.I go in search of treasures, small decorations for my collection, I always find something nice and cheap.

They only accept cash payments, which is the bad thing about those stores.

There's other thrift shops literally doors down from this one that I usually go in.. I decided to give this one a try the other day and I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN GO IN HERE!!!! First and foremost they are very deceptive... the store is very huge, yet all the signs of what you NEED to know are only placed by the registers which is at the front of the store by the entry doors (your back or side is turned to those signs unless you are going to the registers to check out .... which you're never facing) then the signs are very freaking small (like the size of two license plates put together FOR A HUGE STORE. SECONDLY compared to the other thrift shops near, they have all their things taped closed so you can not even see what your getting fully. There was a box with chess on top but it had a bunch of drawers that seemed to be multiple games boards (sort of like a three games in one box) LITERALLY tape wrapped around so the drawers could not be pulled out to SEE ! Atleast LABEL items people can't INSPECT!!!! Not only THAT don't have something in your hand looking at it too long because the tape is keeping the item CLOSED so you cant fully SEE BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!! Because their workers will watch you like a darn HULK , walk up to you with a finger out saying "don't open it"... I literally had to tell them IM NOT A CHILD....... They only accept cash, no refunds nor exchanges... yes you can't fully inspect their taped up / unlabeled things .. you have to wait until you purchase and go home like I did and guess what? I ended up with a train set that does not work.. so in my opinion they are not worth it So to sum up... go to the thrift shops near by.. this one is bigger but THATS ALL.

I wanted to buy a book, one book only. They allowed two people to use the express lane and then they closed it on me. Therefore I could not buy the book because there was a line longer than you can imagine. Whoever was in charge did not take charge to allow me to buy a book I wanted. I left angry

I love the Red White and Blue thrift store in Hialeah! They have a huge selection of ANYTHING that you might be looking for. I have no clue where they find these items but I'm always amazed of the things I end up seeing. This store is always packed, I can go any day of the week and it will always have a huge crowd. I have to say that this is one of my favorite thrifting spots in Miami. Pro tip: bring cash, credit cards are not accepted.

This is a fun store to browse for unique items as well as everyday needs. You need to plan to spend an hour if not longer to take it all in.

Definitely a must visit spot atleast once in your life. A different level of thrift shopping....think Marshall's or Ross but thrifted. It's actually organized pretty well by size, color, piece, home, etc. you'll definitely find something worth the value. Their policies are strict and it's CASH ONLY so go prepared.
