Worked for Publix in Fort Lauderdale for over 6 years and I came to this Publix to pick up a few items and went to the seafood department to see if they had lobster tails. 1st off there was no customer service whatsoever while I was looking. Both guys in the department just looked at me while I was looking, no hello or can I help you with anything ma'am ? Nothing . They just spoke Spanish to one another and never acknowledged me so I left disappointed. Got some items from produce and headed to the register and of course smh I wasn't surprised because when I got in line, this cashier didn't say anything to me, just rung me up and handed me my receipt. Again, no how are you? or how's your evening going? or no have a good night. Nothing!!! I've been to a lot of Publix throughout the years and this one has the worst!!!!!! Customer service. I'll never shop here again and would warn my family as well to never shop here smh. Publix is all about customer service. I would know I worked for the company in the past and we even do training videos on the computer that talks all about customer service. The whole store needs to be retrained when it comes to customer service. The customers are the one who pay the associates bills and that's one thing i never forgot working for the company.

The deli manager tells her employees not to do the onlines after a certain time until instacart people get there she's very disrespectful

I hate coming to this Publix every time I come here no matter where I am in the deli line it seems to be I go unnoticed until I have to say something... they always seem to give preference to anyone else... I rather drive further and goTo a different Publix than this one....

i'm just tryna know why this publix has online sub ordering, bc the subs ARE NEVER done on time for pick up. this has been a problem for YEARS at this location.
