Nice big branch, but long waiting time, just one teller, and when you ask, they reply in not good way. I gave two stars because it's a nice branch not for the service.

ATM machine is always done and they have not fixed this issue. They’re should be two ATMs at most.

If I could give a Negative 0 I would! What a horrible management. Worst branch ever! I would recommend to take the extra drive and go to any other branch other than this one☝️ . The best branch I’ve been to has been in Hialeah E 4th ave. The employees at this branch had me wait one hour and fourth minutes just for one transaction.

Worst bank ever. Once you put your money in the account, they will put a hold on your money as many times they want. It doesnt matter if you send $5 or $500 via zelle. It goes ridiculously from “security reasons” to being your new financial pain every time you need to make a transaction. I don’t need a bank who requieres me to make a call to unlock my account every time I need to use MY MONEY.

4 people waiting in lobby for more than 40 minutes, bankers are just sitting chatting with each other about what they did on the weekend, only one person helping the line. Horrible bank and horrible customer service

Very pleased with the bank's mobile technology and security apparitions. Feel safe with my money being there. Customer service is a great combo of stealth and empathy. Plus much of the basic needs can be met 24/7 . All you had to do is transfer to the automated service line.This is just the type of service that we need in a society like this with all of the internet crimes that are out there pitfalls that we could be subject to like a stolen identity ,identity theft,credit card fraud, income invasion, tax invasion racketeering exploitation, embezzling, stolen cars.... like you want to make sure you're safe with a good .bank that your money is going to be secure.This branch is very good. The bank is even able to do business bilingual so it's international and it can even deal with more issues with like illegal immigration and multiple identity impersonators and stuff like that. Keep up the good work. Creeps like that gives us a bad name. We are trying to get rich by working in America. They want to destroy the dream with crimes.

Call customer service to get a new debit card, so they send me to this branch, but I called them first to check if the can provide ne the card, So some body with the name of Luis answer me if he told that there is no problem just go to drive thru. So I get there after 4pm and this lady told me that their maker card machine was broken. So idk if Luis didn't know about the broken machine or the lady in the drive thru was lazy to make one. I drove 45 minutes for nothing.

TERRIBLE, the manager to this branch doesnt have any clue on what he's doing. i opened an account over the phone and signed all documents that were required and he told me that i didnt. Called the a banker and she verified that i did have all documents signed and that I should be able to recieve my debit card. Terrible branch.
